These pictures courtesy of Nathan (a.k.a. Thork VII). I have put these up here basically because I tried to find actual screen shots of Sephiroth as he appears in the final battle and discoved that they are extremly difficult to find. There is lots of "artwork" of varying quality out there and lots of screen shots from earlier scenes in the game, but none of the battle itself. These still aren't very good shots, but they are best I could do without owning either the game or the camera myself.
